Quite round, subtle acidity at the start of the mouth, very cocoa bean, typical of African cocoa, roasted, nice bitterness, raw.

Dark couverture chocolate (75% cocoa minimum, pure cocoa butter)

Ingredients: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin. May contain traces of gluten, nuts, and milk.
Best stored in a dry place between 18°C-20°C.
