Colombia 72%: A distinctive, fruity, and slightly acidic grand cru Colombian chocolate. Pleasant bitterness, with notes of cocoa nibs.

Colombian dark couverture chocolate 72% (minimum 72% cocoa)

Ingredients: cracked cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter.

This product contains traces of gluten, milk, egg, sesame, sulfites, nuts and soy.
