41% No. 6 Ghana Milk

Sourced from the community of Pieso in Ghana’s Tarkwa District, this cacao reveals the full aromatic richness of a terroir that remains largely unknown. Defying common perceptions of Ghanaian cacao, we have chosen to highlight these exceptional beans, selected for their character and uniqueness.

The beans are then roasted in small batches of 16 kg at the A.K.O. artisanal workshop in Ardèche. A 24-hour conching process refines the chocolate and brings out its full aromatic richness. It is combined with French milk containing 26% fat, sourced from French farms committed to animal welfare, to create a milk chocolate that is intense, melt-in-your-mouth, and rich.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa beans from Ghana, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. May contain traces of gluten, soya, nuts, milk and egg proteins.
