    Topped with roasted, caramelized almonds, then coated with a layer of chocolate and cocoa powder. Each piece is hand-painted and one-of-a-kind. Made in France by Patrick Roger, 32 rue des Coudrais, 92330 Sceaux.

    Dark chocolate-coated endive filled with caramelized almonds coated in dark chocolate. Ingredients: dark chocolate couverture 39.5% (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), ALMONDS 25%, milk chocolate couverture (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa beans, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), ALMOND praline (ALMONDS, sugar, glucose, water, sorbitol, salt, vanilla bean), sugar, water, cocoa powder, butter (MILK), calcium carbonate, modified food starch, triglycerides, dehydrated trehalose, vegetable juice, spirulina, citric acid, E170, E129: may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children. This product contains traces of gluten, milk, egg, sesame, sulfites, tree nuts, and soy.
